ABOUT THE PRODUCT:

We finally introduce our very own Radical Broccoli Incense holder! This beautiful ceramic incense holders are hand-made with no molds creating unique and original pieces. These are custom-made for the Radical Broccoli Shop, and no one in the world will have an incense holder just like yours! Choose between two different colors: Sage Green & Off-white. On the bottom of the holder, you will find our beautiful broccoli logo, which represents that everything starts from the inside. Our pieces are made with stoneware from Spain. The incense holders are designed and handmade in Portugal by Lüclay Ceramics. 


ABOUT THE BRAND:

Lüclay Ceramics is a Portuguese ceramics brand founded by Luísa Fonseca. All her products are handmade in Mafra, Portugal. Luisa's work is inspired by nature's perfect imperfections. Lüclay ceramics originally started off as a hobby during the quarantine time of the pandemic and turned into a full-time business at the end of 2020. Luísa fell in love with ceramics and the idea of creating organically shaped pieces for everyone. All pieces are hand-built from stoneware and earthenware clay at our studio in Portugal where Luísa focuses mainly on organic shapes with intentional imperfections and slightly misshapen forms. Each piece is first carefully crafted into a silhouette through slap-building and then step by step brought alive into various tableware items. This intuitive shaping is creating not only unique pieces but a beautiful sense of moving handicraft in these still-life objects.

We now ship to EU countries

All packages are shipped from Ericeira, Portugal

Shipping within the EU

Within the EU, we ship to France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Malta, Poland, and Sweden. 

We use CTT in Portugal, which partners with your local courier in your country. 

Shipping outside EU

Outside of the EU we currently ship to Norway with CTT, which partners with your local courier in your country. 

Local pickup Ericeira

We have local pickup at our location in Ericeira. This is free of charge, and is a great and quick option if you are in the area. 

Local pickup Oslo

From December 11th we offer local pickup from our location at Majorstua in Oslo. 

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are curated specifically to your destination and the weight of the package, and you can get a full overview of the costs during checkout. 

Changing your shipping information

If you for any reason need to change your shipping details, please contact us through the chat option or by email post@radicalbroccoli.com

Customers responsibility

As a customer, you are responsible for monitoring the status of your package. Radical Broccoli is not responsible for delivering the notification upon the packages arrival. If you are not at home at the agreed delivery time, do not pick up the goods or refuse to receive them, the goods will be returned. 

If you do not receive any shipping updates by email, please contact us at post@radicalbroccoli.com, and we will resolve the issue. 

Returns

If you for some reason would like to return your products, let us know at post@radicalbroccoli.com. Please state the reason for the desired return, and in case it is due to any error or deficiency, please document with photos. 

Shipping for your returns will be at your own cost, unless it is due to any error or deficiency from our side. 

For environmental reasons, we would like to have as few returns as possible :) Please ask all your questions before you purchase, so we can help you find the products that are perfect for you!
